ABOUT US — WAYPOINTS DIGITAL

We’re Greg and Traci — the husband-and-wife duo behind Waypoints Digital — and if there’s one thing you should know about us, it’s this: we’ve lived nearly every angle of the RV world.

Before Waypoints Digital existed, Greg  spent 21 years as a Navy Submariner, mastering precision, systems, structure, and the kind of steady calm you only learn hundreds of feet below the ocean.

After retiring, he brought those strengths into web design and digital systems — which is why everything he builds works cleanly, loads fast, and never feels chaotic.

Traci  spent two decades as a Business Development Manager and Educator  for John Paul Mitchell Systems — teaching, training, creating, branding, marketing, and turning “overwhelming” into “ohhh, that makes sense.”

My brain lives in visuals and communication. His lives in structure and problem-solving.

Together, we’re the perfect left-brain/right-brain split.

Then we hit the road.

We traveled full-time in our RV from 2021–2023, living in parks across the country and seeing the good, the great, and the oh-dear-lord-who-designed-that-sign?

Later, we stepped into RV resort management, giving us an up-close look at what parks really juggle behind the scenes.

Guest communication, events, signage, websites, Google issues, social media… you name it, we’ve lived it.

That’s where Waypoints Digital was born — from the simple realization that most RV parks are wonderful in person… they just need help showing that online.

So now, we help parks look modern, communicate clearly, and feel more organized on the digital side of things. Greg builds the websites, systems, and tech foundations. Traci creates the graphics, branding, and marketing pieces. And together, we help parks step confidently into the online world without feeling overwhelmed or out of their depth.

We’re not an agency in suits. We’re two people who genuinely care about RV parks — who’ve traveled in them, worked in them, managed them, and now support them.

We know the industry from the guest side, from the operations side, and from the marketing side, and we bring all of that experience into every project.

Most of all, we believe RV parks deserve to look as good online as they feel in person — warm, welcoming, well-run, and uniquely themselves.

If that’s what you’re hoping to create, you’re in the right place.

We’d love to help your park put its best foot forward.
